DESCRIPTION:Please save the date for the upcoming professional development training  “Mentorship in Undergraduate Research” \nJoin us for an interactive training designed for faculty\, graduate students\, post-docs\, and staff interested in mentoring undergraduate students in research. This session will provide practical strategies for effective mentorship\, fostering student engagement\, and supporting academic and professional growth. \nThe training will be conducted by Dr. Sandra Clinton\, Research Associate Professor in the Department of Earth\, Environmental and Geographical Sciences at UNC-Charlotte. Dr. Clinton also serves as the Outreach Lead for PreMiEr. \nThe two in-person trainings originally scheduled have now moved to a virtual format on May 9th 10-11:30 am via Zoom.   Please RSVP here. \nThis training is open to all PreMiEr affiliates with any level of mentorship experience.
