PreMiEr SLC Journal Club

This fall, the SLC will host a Journal Club for PreMiEr Scholars, focused on critically evaluating recent articles in microbiome engineering within the built environment. The club will meet biweekly on Thursdays from 12 PM to 1 PM, with each session led by a student or post-doc from one of PreMiEr’s five institutions. After each meeting, PreMiEr Scholars will prepare a brief written summary to be shared with all affiliates.
Attendance is expected for all PreMiEr Scholars, and there are multiple ways to participate. Scholars can volunteer to present a journal article, prepare the discussion summary, and/or contribute to follow up collaborative efforts in writing review articles. These initiatives are being established to enhance knowledge dissemination across PreMiEr.
