PreMiEr Supplemental Sequencing Request Form
This page is to request ERC funds for the purpose of nucleic acid sequencing to support core PreMiEr research projects or seed projects above and beyond what was provided in the annual project budget.
Requests are received and reviewed by center leadership.
Sequencing on either Illumina or PacBio platforms must be performed at the Duke Sequencing Facility using these funds, but PreMiEr researchers from any participating university may submit a request.
Researchers are stongly encouraged to consult with the Duke Sequencing Facility (sequencing@duke.edu) to discuss the work and receive a cost estimate prior to completing this form. Please inform them that you are with PreMiEr when contacting Duke Sequencing.
