New Publication from PreMiEr Researchers on Improving Metatranscriptomic Differential Analyses
PreMiEr researchers from Duke University, Drs. Zhicheng Ji (Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics) and Li Ma (Department of Statistical Science) recently co-authored a publication entitled “Controlling taxa abundance improves metatranscriptomics differential analysis” in the journal BMC Microbiology.
