Dr. Nicole Rockey Joins PreMiEr
Dr. Nicole Rockey, a new faculty member in Duke University’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in the Pratt School of Engineering recently accepted an invitation to join the faculty roster of PreMiEr! Dr. Rockey’s research is centered around viruses and in particular the factors that allow viruses to survive and thrive in the environment. As the mission of PreMiEr is to improve human health through engineering of the built environment microbiome, Dr. Rockey brings highly relevant expertise on working with viromes to the ERC.
