NC A&T Names Regina Williams Davis Assistant Vice Provost for Online and Extended Learning

North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University has named Regina Williams Davis, Ph.D., as assistant vice provost for online and extended learning, effective November 1, 2025. Davis is a long-time leader at A&T who previously served as academic project manager for Project Kitty Hawk, the university’s major online education initiative. Earlier in her career she held roles including associate vice provost for student success and interim vice provost for strategic planning and institutional effectiveness. She is also a tenured full professor of communications. Her appointment reflects A&T’s continued investment in expanding online and extended learning opportunities.
