Dr. Jennifer Kuzma, PreMiEr Associate Director and Goodnight-NCGSK Foundation Distinguished Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at North Carolina State University, recently appeared in two prominent media sources talking about genetic modification in agriculture.

Dr. Kuzma was first interviewed as part of a discussion of the growth of genetically modified food for the BBC.  You can listen to that story here. She was also quoted in a news article from Science on the role of the EPA in regulating genetically-modified crops.

Dr. Kuzma and the Societal and Ethical Implications Core in PreMiEr are critical for navigating similar questions in the research of this ERC and the modification and engineering of built environment microbiomes in general.
