  • PreMiEr Spring 2025 Seminar Series- Dr. Amy Mathers, University of Virginia

This seminar will explore the microbiology of these reservoirs, their role in pathogen transmission, and strategies to mitigate these risks. Using tools such as epidemiology, microbiome analysis, and whole-genome sequencing, we will examine how understanding these microbial ecosystems can inform innovative infection prevention approaches in healthcare environments.
